1. General rule
A payment is final. Changing your mind, not finishing the course, or not attending does not create a right to a refund.
2. Exceptions
Money is returned in these three cases only:
- A duplicate payment: you paid more than once for the same place.
- TIBEB cancelled the class and offered no reasonable replacement.
- Ethiopian law requires a refund in your case, whatever this policy says.
3. Requesting review
Email hello@tibebcreators.com from the learner account with the name, class, method, amount, date, reference, and explanation.
4. Processing
Money movement happens outside the platform through the applicable bank or Chapa process. Every approved refund is recorded and audited.
