1. Information we collect
TIBEB collects only the information needed to secure an account, record consent, manage one class enrollment, verify payment, deliver access, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
- Name, verified email, phone or WhatsApp, interface language, and learning goal.
- Enrollment, payment-request code, structured payment evidence, refunds, access operations, communications, and audit events.
- Routine hosting, authentication, request, and security data handled by Netlify.
- Device-local progress that does not synchronize between devices.
2. How information is used
Information is used to verify identity, deliver requested payment instructions, match Telegram receipts by a TIBEB code, reconcile payment, grant or end class access, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet accounting or legal duties.
TIBEB does not sell personal information.
3. Service providers
TIBEB uses Netlify for hosting, Identity, Functions and records; Resend for transactional email; YouTube privacy-enhanced embeds for unlisted lessons; Bunny Stream (bunny.net) for delivering the public program trailer video, which contacts that provider only when a visitor presses play; Chapa when enabled; CBE for manual transfers; Namecheap for domain and email forwarding; and Telegram for external receipt review.
4. Retention and learner rights
Telegram receipt messages are not copied into TIBEB and are manually deleted 30 days after verification. Structured payment and audit records remain for the legally configured period.
A verified learner may request access, correction, export, or deletion. Records required for accounting, disputes, security, or law may be anonymized rather than erased.
